i am touched that people actually bugs me to update my blog. because i haven't really realised how many people reads my blog. i thought i wouldn't be missed.

so fine. here i am, updating again. it's difficult for me to update daily because i'm trying to be hardworking and handing in all my homework on time. while actually trying to do the overdue ones. but now that i'm propelling forward, it's hard to turn back. so i'm just going to stop scheduling time for my overdued chinese homework. :/ i feel bad now that i've made it official.

anyway. the second week of school. recess is hell, with pests swarming all over with squeaky voices. the queues can make you despair. WE NEED THE FOOD. ugh. but that problem's kinda solved now because we have a Bring Your Own Box Day thing for 4T, so that we will be a level higher than those pests. i just went to the Leong Courts where they stock Japanese ingredients. i bought the stuff needed to make my chawanmushi. hopefully, i will succeed and thus, be able to bring it to school on BYOB day.

all through the week, there were highlights now and there.

noticeboard;
since i am the Class Beautification Coordinator, i am in charge of decorating our class' noticeboards. i have gathered my people and on wednesday, i went with sze to btp, where we had kfc. the main point being the fact that we went to popular and purchased the materials needed to spice up our classroom. it was like 'project runway', thinking about textures and colours and imagining if it would 'go'.

the actual decorating took place the following day. it was fun having the whole empty classroom to ourselves. we felt like we could dance and prance around with nobody giving us weird glances. but we worked hard and tried putting everything together. it's still not done yet, but when it is, it'll WOW.

yesterday;
yesterday was like the long-awaited break i was yearning for. after school, me jacq and sze went to haato for lunch. where i had my unagi pasta. (yummm) and then waffles with new chocolate mint icecream. stupid sze was so focused on gobbling her waffles (mocha icecream) that she partially ignored us in the Taboo game. however, it was an entirely different thing when she was done with her waffles and we were having ours. let me tell you, with absolutely no exaggeration whatsoever, that she seriously was just laughing at every single thing. "...i don't know what i'm laughing at." and she just laughs and laughs.

of course, i shared my exciting story.

okay, so there were tests too. but i think i'm going to flunk the both of them. haha. i did try, but not my hardest, unfortunately.

you know, i think i'm not organizing my time well enough. i went for math tuition today and felt like i could have been more productive. make more of an effort to complete my tuition work. so i think i might leave a timeslot everyday for my tuition work. five days of half and hour each? yeah. i think that can be it. i hope there will be no need to sacrifice my sleep. i need it so badly!

so anyway, i'm pleased that througout this hectic week, i've managed to squeeze time for reading books. i finished two. Velocity by Bean Koontz and Eleventh Commandment by Jeffery Archer. both were exciting, although i felt that the former was a better book. the Eleventh Commandment reminded me of the Bourne trilogy.

and upon finishing Velocity, i was struck with so many new thoughts and perspectives. it was a happy moment for me as i tailed behind my parents distractedly, just thinking. i love thinking. but i would love sharing those thoughts even more. it's difficult, though. not everybody would understand. in a good way. these kind of thoughts are random and messy. my emotional thoughts; i have my advisors whom i love and thank greatly. i'm sure you guys know who you are-- thank you!

okay. as much as i would love to go on typing and typing, compensating for my lack in blogging, i have to go and bathe now. my hair's exceptionally straight today without sze's superb straightening skills and i'm pleased.
