yesterday: Impromptu Day
Wednesday, November 22, 2006
i was troubled by the problem of my blogskin, but then cheryl told me that she liked my current one and that it was nice. so i became happy and decided to not change it. still, this happy mood will not last very long and really, i have to change a blogskin soon.

and after that, i am going to launch into a pretty detailed description of the day out i had with cheryl and eeleng.

you have been warned.

yeah, so i set out for the lrt, but then after five steps of leaving the doorstep, cheryl smsed me and said that she thinks she's going to be half an hour late.

i go back into the house and eat my breakfast (which was a currypuff if i didn't remember wrongly). after a while, i left the house again.

but when i was in the lrt, cheryl smses me again and tells me that she was reaching the choa chu kang area. i start panicking and hope that i reach on time.

when i reach, i go to the control station, which was supposedly the place we had to meet up. but they weren't there, so i told them to go to the mrt platform.

i went up to the mrt platform but still, i don't see them. i walk around, and finally spotted them. we waited for the train and had small talk.

the train arrived, rather emptily, so we had seats together. the train was delayed because the train at woodlands had a malfunction and so all trains were stuck for, like, ten minutes?

when we finally got going, we managed to reach our destination and happily went to the iceskating rink. well, we were happy until we found out that the prices were awfully expensive. and so, we went to have breakfast!

cheryl and eeleng had Sausage Mcmuffins with eggs while i just had my strawberry milkshake.

after that, we went neoprinting! (:

it was so pretty! and really, you can't even tell that i was having a bad hair day la. gosh, how i adore that machine. and so, three happy girls left the neoprint booth satisfied.

well, we went to change, but had no idea how to get to west coast park. i called my mom and she said to take 176. a lady overheard us and helpfully suggested taking 143. we did take 143, but asked the bus driver if it went to west coast park.

he dropped us off at a particular busstop and told us to take 176. we did and the bus driver told us when to drop off.

so we were entirely unaware of how to get to west coast, but we did! with the wonderful help of kind and lovely bus drivers.

we reached west coast and while i was applying suntan lotion, cheryl was already climbing the pyramid. i joined her soon after, and we both reached the top. eeleng didn't dare to go any further than half of the pyramid, so she went back down to help look after our bags.

me and cheryl stayed at the top for quite a while, with eeleng taking a few pictures of us. and then we climbed all the way down. the next stop was the flying fox thing. we stayed there for such a short while because it started raining.

we fled to macdonalds and had fries. i treated us all to large fries and we then went for another transformation. (aka, changing out)

we had decided to watch step up at westmall and again, had to get there by bus, but don't know how. we did, anyway. but missed a stop. we walked all the way back. it was one of the loveliest tiring walks ever.

and then we went to check out the time slots, but we couldnt watch step up cos the next timing was too late. and so, we decided on Flushed Away! whee.

we walked around for half an hour before rushing back. i got stuck beside the stranger. :/

it was so cold and my teeth were chattering away (an annoying habit of mine). i remembered the socks that i brought for ice skating and wore that. it wasn't much help, though.

flushed away was so cool and funny. i laughed and laughed. the slugs were so adorable, and i thought the idea of using singing slugs was quite original.

after that, we went home.

it was Impromptu Day, as you all have read from cheryl's blog. if you haven't read about it, then go over to cheryl's blog. it felt so different. we should have more impromptu days. :D

i hope i finish up Revenge soonish, because i want to start on heymath, CAP and my fanfic soon. and the only way i can do it (start on my stuff-to-do) is to get the afternoon shift. my brother gets the afternoon shift most of the time now, since he doesn't watch kdramas like us and we mostly watch in the afternoons.

laoshi called me an "enthusiastic n positive" pupil! hahaha, it's so weird seeing a teacher write in shortforms. and talk about excessively. okay, maybe not excessively. i'm just not used to shortforms.

well, my hair is getting longer and i cut my fingernails. i wonder how long my hair would be by the time i return to school.

OH YEAH.

my sister is getting her psle result tomorrow and she's getting panicky now. haha, i can still remember myself getting panicky on the day before i got my results. the worse thing was that i wasn't even scared until that day.

my mom was flipping through the school book and i realised with a start that in order to get into the schools that i liked, i had to get 250 and above.

250 started looking like an impossible score and i fell asleep, with the mindset of saying goodbye to mgs/rgs/nyghs/scgs.

so... hope my sister scores well. she has had her psle dream, but she refuses to tell me what is it. apparently, my mom told her not to say, or it wouldn't be true. i hope it's true, for her.

my psle dream was pretty true. i dreamt i got 259, but i got 257.

and yucks, i will have to go to her school tomorrow too. ):

ohohoh, are you guys returning to school on friday? tag me or msn me or sms me. i need to know!

i got a cool wallpaper for my desktop. and guess who gave it to me?

...my sister!

haha. it's pink and nice with a crown and the three letters "V I P". and in smaller font, 'Very Important Princess' was bracketed. i love it. it's so adorable.

gahh, if i stop blogging now, i'd have nothing else to do. which is why i'm crapping and crapping away at full-speed.

i want to change my blogskin! it's nice and all, but i'm bored of it. sorry cheryl. i can't be bothered to go find a nice one too, since i won't have to patience too. oh gosh, am i really supposed to go dig up an old skin?

fine. i have nothing else to do, so i shall go search for a skin. siggghhh. this time, the colour combi is supposed to be pink and black. yupps, searching for pink and black NICE blogskins.

WOOHOOOO.

i found a nice pink and black blogskin!!! it's isn't very audreyish, but still, i LOVE it. i think that the blogskinner is really talented. out of the 17 blogskins she made, TWELVE were Skins Of The Day. wow.

haha, so when you have read until here, you will think to yourself: "MAN! i really have to tag audrey, telling her how PRETTIFUL this skin is." and so you will.

GO.

[/edit] man, this blogskinner's html is so confusing and i had a hard time trying to customize it. i did it anyway. so even if this skin isn't audreyish, TAG ME. <3!
