i think that's too long a title. but nevermind. i am here to give a detailed (and no doubt, boring) post on the Sentosa trip with yiling, jacq and emily. followed by the meetup slash shopping at VivoCity (which will be known as Vivo for the rest of this post) with jiani!

so, [disclaimer: this will be boring. you can just scroll all the way down until you see the words 'and we have reached the end of boring part of the post.' in bold. if you dont want to be bored. not that i can gurantee you wont be bored from the bolded words onwards.]

on with the trip.

i woke at 7.45am and bathed and tied my hair and pretty much got everything prepared by 8.30am. left the house and had a walk down to the lrt station. took lrt to Choa Chu Kang lrt and then transferred to mrt. went all the way to Dhoby Ghaut to meet emily. just travelling to Dhoby Ghaut from Choa Chu Kang alone, is 49 minutes.

so i thought i would be late.

but no. guess what?

i was the earliest.

hahahha. i was almost reaching Dhoby Ghaut when emily called and told me she wasnt even on the train yet. jacq said that she'd be a little late, but her mother would be sending her. yiling said that she'd be late too. but for ten minutes.

sat down at Dhoby Ghaut mrt for half an hour before emily arrived.

the wait was so boring, it was worse than this blogpost. or any other of my trademark boring posts.

i walked here and there, then decided that it was just wasting my energy. so i sat down and looked left right center up down. nothing much but just when i was about to be decomposedby all the boredom bacteria, i took out my handphone and explored!

yay. i never knew how interesting my handphone could be. and i also counted how many trains i missed just to wait for emily (not that i mind. this kind of minor statistics fascinates me). i missed a total of five trains!

in between, there was this annoying Mr. Flappity Stompity Slippers. but i shant go into that. he isnt important and such a person like him should never be. he contributes to noise pollution, end of story.

so emily finally came and we boarded the bus. it took us 9 minutes to reach Harbourfront. we used the signs and found our way to the bus interchange where the bus to Sentosa could be found.

one by one, jacq and yiling came and we went to Sentosa! yay.

after the busride, we reached the arrival centre. we bought admission tickets at $3 each, took a map and then boarded the blue line bus.

we reached the Underwater world stop and got off. checked the ticket prices, but didnt expect them to be so pricey. so we skipped that. i havent had breakfast, so bought a bowl of chicken instant noodles while yiling got some mango dessert. emily and jacq watched as eat, and so you can imagine how awkward that was. i was slurping my noodles away, trying to be done as fast as possible.

when i was done finally, we set off towards siloso beach, where we proceeded to take many many many pictures! it was so fun. for one picture, me and jacq and emily even climbed such a high slash tall rock! so scary. but we had fun!

then it started raining and we had to seek shelter. we went back to the tatto stall and decided to all get tattoos. we were so mentally drained by the time we were done with the tatooing. so stressed with the choice of picture. and after choosing the picture we want, we have to decide where we want the tattoo to be. all is very crucial. and when the spraying actually started, i held my breath and prayed for the best.

repeat them four times.

woah, can die. but after we were all done, we were proud and cool people with real-looking fake tatoos!

and then we took the cable car and walked to harbourfront and from there, went to vivo city to meet jiani! while emily and yiling went to Gap to meet jiani, me and jacq went to change out. and then we just shopped around. very soon, we went home.

and we have reached the end of boring part of the post.

my tattoo is starting to fade away, but im taking extra care of it, putting powder after every shower. ): i dont want my tattoo to fade away! it's too cool and i like it.
