aha. batteries were "borrowed" from my brother's gameboy and i put it in. switched it on and

there were three switches la. the first one was to switch it off. the second one was to on the lights, which were all around the tree. the third one was super cute. THEY PLAYED CHRISTMAS SONGS! ((:
